Real estate in Sudbury – beautiful and desirable

Rich in both history and resources, the town of Sudbury is an ever-popular choice for both families and young professionals. Founded in 1638, Sudbury’s residents were active in both the Revolutionary War and King Philip’s War. Sudbury is also famous as the location for the country’s oldest continually operating inn, the Wayside Inn – made famous in Henry Wadsworth Longfellow’s Tales of the Wayside Inn. The town’s one-acre zoning bylaws kept commercial development and subdivision at bay, restricting commercial growth to the town’s center and preventing the sprawl seen on many of its neighbors’ roadways.
